Topbar is one of the most important parts of site header. In order to enable your topbar on your website, please go to Customize > Header > Topbar, then activate it. After activating it, you will see some additional options that allow you to select layout, background color, content type for your topbar. Beside, you can select to display the Topbar menu there.
